Braised chicken wings with potatos

Ingredients (serves 4):
- 8 pcs of chicken wing.
- 4 pcs of Potato peeled & cut into small pieces
- ginger
- Garlic (peeled & minced or crushed)
- Big Onion (peeled & minced)
- Green onion (Cut to few pcs)
- Black soya sauce (recommend less salt type)
- Light soya sauce (recommend less salt type)
- sesame oil
- pepper

Methods:
1) Marinate the chicken wings with soya sauces, garlic, Big Onion, pepper (30 mins or more)
2) Heat oil in pot and add in potatos. Stir fried till 1/3 cooked & remove it from pot (2-3 minutes).
3) Heat oil(vegetable oil) in pot and add ginger slices
4) Add marinated chicken wings to pot & stir fried in pot in high heat until brown (1-2 minutes)
5) Reduce the heat to medium & pour in the potatos & stir fried together with chicken wings for about a minutes.
5) Add some stock or water to the pot with chicken wings & boil it for about 30 mins till remain some gravy. (Add additional water if necessary if about to dried up before 30 mins)
6) Ready to serve ( Before serve, sprinkle with few green onion )
